Honors Scholars Program Scholarships
Honors Scholars Program Scholarships Recipients of the following awards are inducted into the Honors Scholars Program, benefitting from sustained financial support, exclusive mentoring, programming and community throughout their time at UNCG!
Total Award: Full tuition, fees, books and supplies for an in-state student
For students majoring in mathematics, physical, or biological sciences   in the College of Arts and Sciences
Preference for those pursuing secondary education teaching careers  
Board of Visitors Chancellor’s Scholarship
Total Award: $24,000 
Brad and Kim Hayes Annual Merit Scholarship 
Total Award: $40,000 
Total Award: $35,750 
Potential additional awards:  
$2,500 for study abroad 
$1,250 for an internship 
Total Award: Covers in-state tuition and fees, housing, meal plan, and books  
For North Carolina residents who identify as female  
Intended for students in fields other than nursing or education  
Total Award: $37,000
Potential additional awards:  
$2,500 for study abroad 
$1,250 for an internship 
$1,250 for a community service project 
Total Award: Full cost of attendance
For Pell-eligible students
Total Award: $30,000 
For students majoring in natural sciences, health sciences or math
Total Award: $20,000 
For students majoring in health sciences or nursing
