Welcoming Sophomores through Seniors. Joining the Honors College in Fall 2013 Gray Hall is the second Honors residence, housing about 80 sophomore-to-senior Honors students.

Gray Hall’s features include modern full kitchens that are just a step away from the parlors. There is elevator access to upper floors, a first floor trash room, and a lounge on each floor. Laundry rooms are located at the end of every floor and every room is air-conditioned with its own thermostat control. Different suite layouts are available: single and double rooms with a private bath; two-person suites (two single rooms); three-person suites (one single and one double room) and four-person suites (two double rooms). The rooms have a sink outside the bathroom, ample closet(s), mini-blinds and carpeting.

Kick off your college journey with a sweet start! Day 1 & Donuts is the Honors College’s informal welcome event designed to help new Honors students ease into their first day on campus.Join us for coffee, donuts, and a chance to meet other new students, Honors faculty, and staff in a relaxed and friendly setting. Whether you’re looking to make new friends, ask questions, or just grab a quick bite before classes begin, this is the perfect place to start your Honors experience

New Year, New Pages: Journal-Making & Intention Setting

Start the new year with creativity and reflection at New Year, New Pages, a hands-on journal-making workshop designed to help you enter the year with purpose and inspiration. You’ll create your own personalized journal using provided supplies—think decorative paper, stickers, prompts, and more.

As you design your journal, you’ll also be invited to set intentions for the year ahead through guided reflection activities and optional journaling prompts. Whether you’re hoping to track your goals, boost mindfulness, or simply enjoy a calming creative break, this event is a chance to slow down and begin the year with intention.
