Communication Studies
Dr. Marianne LeGreco is the Academic Sustainability Coordinator for UNCG and Associate Professor in Communication Studies. Her research and teaching focuses on local food systems, particularly as they pertain to food policy, mobile food, and kitchen literacy. She works with several community-based food efforts at the City and County level, including the Guilford Food Council, the Warnersville Community Garden, and the Mobile Oasis Farmers Market.
